Subsequently, our professionals will commence the process by carefully removing your existing roof down to the plywood. During the replacement, we ensure thorough removal of all felt paper and old shingles, providing a clean and sturdy foundation for your new roof. Should we encounter any damaged or rotten plywood, Blue Ribbon Roofing will promptly replace it with new plywood.

Once Blue Ribbon Roofing has removed the previous roof and replaced the plywood, we proceed by installing synthetic underlayment. In the valleys, we place water and ice shields to enhance protection against inclement weather conditions. Recognizing the susceptibility of chimneys to leaks, we meticulously apply water and ice shields around these structures to mitigate potential issues. Additionally, as a precautionary step, we thoroughly dry the entire roof before proceeding with the installation of new shingles.

After completing our work and finishing your roof, Blue Ribbon Roofing will conduct a thorough inspection of your entire property to locate any fallen shingles, nails, or debris. We utilize a nail magnet to carefully comb the outer edges of your house and driveway, ensuring the removal of any stray nails or metal items that could potentially damage your vehicle's tires or pose a safety risk to household members.
